Electrically-controlled hydraulic variable valve mechanism for internal combustion engine

2010
The invention relates to an electrically-controlled hydraulic variable valve mechanism for an internal combustion engine and aims to adjust the air distribution timing and lift of an exhaust valve in real time by controlling the working of a high-pressure medium. The mechanism comprises a high-pressure cylinder body (1), a low-pressure cylinder body (2), a performing mechanism, a damping mechanism, an electromagnetic valve seat and an electromagnetic valve, wherein the high-pressure cylinder body (1), the low-pressure cylinder body (2), the electromagnetic valve seat (4) and a damping cylinder body (3) of the damping mechanism are fixedly and hermetically connected with one another; the performing mechanism is arranged on the high-pressure cylinder body (1) and the low-pressure cylinder body (2); the high-pressure cylinder body (1) and the low-pressure cylinder body (2) are used for providing a high-pressure oil working environment and a low-pressure oil working environment; the performing mechanism consists of a main piston (6) and an auxiliary piston (7); the damping mechanism consists of the damping cylinder body (3), a buffer tank (16) and a first one-way valve (17); and the electromagnetic valve seat (4) and a high-speed electromagnetic valve (5) are used for controlling the working state of high-pressure oil in the high-pressure cylinder body (1).
