The Pathomorphologic Study of Spondylolysis with Computed Tomography

1988
CT observation of Spondylolysis was made in 64 patients. CT was not only superior to conventional radiograph for accurate demonstration of spondylolysis but showed morphologic aspect which could not be detect by plain radiograph. CT-radiculography was performed with spondylolysis and showed that anterior bone margin of defect caused root compression. CT is a highly accutate method for evaluating and diagnosing spondylolysis.
