DENEYSEL BİYOMEKANİK UYGULAMALARIN DİGİTAL FOTOGRAMETRİK YÖNTEMLERLE DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ ÜZERİNE BİR ÇALIŞMA / AN EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF DIGITAL PHOTOGRAMMETRIC METHODS AND ITS EVALUATION ON THE IN VITRO ARTHROPLASTY MODELS

2016
Teknolojinin gelismesiyle birlikte digital fotogrametrik yontemler tipta yaygin olarak kullanilmaktadir. Bu yontemler sayesinde duzensiz kemik yuzeylerinin fotogrametrik analizleri yapilabilir hale gelmistir. Vucutta kullanilan tibbi materyallerin rijiditesi ve tespit materyallerinin yeterli tespit yapip yapmadigi yine fotogrametrik analiz yontemiyle arastirilabilir hale gelmistir. Bu amacla in vitro (cansiz) deneysel calismayla gelistirilen bir protez modelinde, mikro hareketin stereofotogrametrik yontemle en minimal degerinde nasil olculebilecegi arastirilmistir. Model cercevesinde koyun femuru ust uc protezlerinin rotasyonel ve aksiyonel kuvvet uygulamalari sonucu kemik icerisindeki hareketleri; kemik markerler, protez markerler ve kontrol markerler degerlendirilerek arastirilmistir. The digital photogrammetric methods have widely been used in medical sciences by the technological developments. The photogrammetrical analysis of irregular bone surfaces are performed by means of these methods. Moreover, both the rigidity of the medical instruments applied to body and whether the stabilization materials are fixed sufficiently have been investigated by the photogram metric analysis. This study reveals that a micro motion in a prosthesis model performed experimentally can be calculated in the most minimal value. Based on the model; the following of the rotational and axial power applications to the upper extremity of sheep thigh (os femoris), the micromotions of prosthesis located in its head (caput ossis femoris) have been evaluated by using the bone, prosthesis and control markers.
