According to the concrete pavement reinforced shrinkage seam structure and a construction method thereof provided by the utility model, by disconnecting the reinforcing steel bar in the concrete pavement at a shrinkage seam part, the middle disconnecting part is connected by using the force transmission rods, so that better shrinkage of a shrinkage seam can be ensured, the occurrence of cracks can be prevented, the force transmission rods can be connected with concrete on two sides of the shrinkage seam, and a phenomenon that concrete at the shrinkage seam part cannot be pulled off also can be ensured.
