Preparation method of full scream fermented mares milk powder

Studies on nutrition prove that mare's milk is very close in composition to human milk and has high nutritive value, and is superior in nutritive value to cow milk. Fermented mare's milk is a beverage made from the mare's milk by fermentation and has higher nutritive value than the mare's milk. The invention relates to a method for preparing full-fat fermented mare's milk powder. The method comprises the following steps: sterilizing fresh mare milk at low temperature, inoculating lactobacillus or yeast to allow fermentation to obtain fermented mare milk, filtering the fermented mare milk by using two layers of filter membranes, distilling for concentration at low temperature, and spray-drying to obtain the final product. The method has the advantages of simple process, low cost and easy production, and provides a new milk product.
