O MOBBING NAS ORGANIZAÇÕES DE TRABALHO

Mobbing is a harassment phenomenon practiced by one or more than one person against another. It appears like an abusive, very often and intentional, lasting and/or systematic behavior through attitudes, gestures, words or writ ings, which might injure the physical or psychological integrity of an aimed person. As f or it, the method of qualitative research through the Content Analysis was adopted. Half-structuralized Interviews with seven professors of the organizational area of Psyc hology and Administration courses of a university located in the State of Santa Catarina had been carried through, about their perceptions and experiences related to the mobbing phenomenon.
