A thermoplastic molding material with low intrinsic color and good processability

1999
Thermoplastic molding materials containing (A) 80 -99.995 wt. %, in relation to the total weight of the molding material, of a copolymer comprised of (a1) 50 -99 wt. %, in relation to (A), of at least one vinyl aromatic monomer, and (a2) 1 - 50 wt.- %, in relation to (A), of at least one polar, copolymerizable comonomer, (B) 0.005 - 20 wt. %, in relation to (A), (B), and optionally (C), a rubber elastic block copolymer consisting of at least one polymerized unit block BA comprising aromatic monomers and forming a hard phase and at least one elastomer bock BB/A consisting of at least one polymerized unit comprising vinyl aromatic monomers in addition to a diene and forming a soft phase, wherein the glass transition temperature Tg of block BA is above 25 DEG C and the glass transition temperature of clock BB/A is below 25 DEG C, and (C) 0-300 wt. %, in relation to (A) and (B) of at least one other polymer, (D) 0 -30 wt. %, in relation to the total weight of the molding materials, of other additives and auxiliary processing agents.
