Observation of the curative effect of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment for vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis

Objective To discuss the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment for vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis.200 vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis patients are randomly divided into two groups:group A,the cervical traction group and group B,the group of cervical traction in combination with electrotherapy.A cycle of treatment consists of 10 times.The comparison is implemented after 20 times.Methods The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) and Clinical Assessment Scale for Cervical Spondylosis(CASCS) are adopted respectively to assess and compare the pains and the cervical functional status.Results After statistical analysis,the result indicates that both groups showed the antalgic effect and cervical functional improvement.However,group B is obviously better than group A,(P0.01).Conclusion Showing that cervical traction has a good effect,and the effect would be better when used in combination with electrotherapy.
