Cotton sucking flute pipe assembly

2011
The utility model discloses a cotton sucking flute pipe assembly which comprises a flute pipe. End caps are mounted at two ends of the flute pipe respectively, a conical exhaust inlet is arranged on one side of the flute pipe, the diameter of the section of the upper end of the conical exhaust inlet is larger than that of the section of the lower end thereof, the conical exhaust inlet is externally connected with a negative-pressure fan through a negative-pressure pipe, the other end of the flute pipe is provided with a plurality of elliptical cotton sucking inlets, and the inside of the flute pipe is an airflow channel. The cotton sucking flute pipe assembly is reasonable in structure, the exhaust inlet is conical to enable airflow lines from the cotton sucking inlets to the exhaust inlet to be independent from one another and mutually unaffected, and the farther the cotton sucking inlets away from the exhaust inlet are, the larger air force at the cotton sucking inlets is, so that cotton sucking capability of the flute pipe is obviously improved while the flute pipe cannot be blocked by fibers.
