The invention discloses a photodynamic therapy light guide system applied to the human body cavity. The system is characterized by mainly comprising a columnar fiber (or dot LED lamp), a temperature control casing pipe, a photo-sensitizer conveying casing pipe, and an oxygen conveying casing pipe, wherein the columnar fiber is mainly composed of a fiber interface, a fiber conduction part and a scattering body, the temperature control casing pipe is composed of two communicated cylindrical cavities circulating up and down, the photo-sensitizer conveying casing pipe is composed of a hollow cylindrical cavity, and the oxygen conveying casing pipe is composed of a hollow cylindrical cavity. As a medical instrument, the photodynamic therapy light guide system of the system is of great potential value in the field of clinical inner cavity tumor and inflammation treatment. With the photodynamic therapy light guide system of the system, the problem of biological compatibility between the three elements (laser, photo-sensitizer, and oxygen) of photodynamic therapy and the human body cavity is solved fundamentally, the treatment time is prolonged, and the treatment effect is improved.
