In this article, the issue of improvement of well-being of the people under modern condition of management is studied. Necessity of transformation of government regulation in the field of increase support of population living standard with an allowance for features of Russian economy is substantiated. The role of social responsibility of state and business in the field of forming of a state policy of increase support of well-being of people is determined.
