The invention discloses an enzyme-controlled active liquid compound fertilizer and a preparation method. The enzyme-controlled active liquid compound fertilizer comprises 5-10% of biological organic matters, 20-30% of urea, 12-18% of calcium hydrophosphate, 10-15% of potassium chloride, 5-10% of liquid humic acid, 2-4% of calcium, magnesium and sulphur, respectively, 0.5-1% of ferrum, zinc, molybdenum, chlorine, boron and copper, respectively, 5-10% of a suspended dispersant, 5-10% of an assistant and biological bacteria. The field plot experiment verifies that the enzyme-controlled fertilizer has remarkable yield-increasing effect on wheat, corn and rice paddy with the rate of growth respectively reaching 16.6%, 15.3% and 10.5% which is remarkably higher than that of common fertilizer group. The fertilizer disclosed by the invention is simple in preparation process, and can be prepared to suit nutritional components and concentrations of plants to meet a certain growth demand of plants, and further can be mixed in use with other fertilizers.
