Research on the Construction of Specialized Teaching Team in Independent College Based on Symbiosis Theory

Independent colleges were established relying on the professional advantages of parent university and funds advantages of local investors, and had close symbiotic relationships with the parent university and local economy and society. Based on the symbiosis theory, this paper regarded all the cooperators of independent college’s specialized teaching team as the ecological organic groups with complex correlation. The symbiotic system of specialized teaching team consists of symbiotic unit, symbiotic model and symbiotic environment. Symbiotic model is the key, symbiotic unit is the foundation, and symbiotic environment is the important external conditions. Then, this paper explained the reasons and operational model of symbiosis and sharing of specialized teaching team, and put forward the countermeasures of constructing secialized teaching team in independent college independent.
