Loyalität und Solidarität in der EU – Einführung

Building on a brief outline of the role of Solidarity and Loyalty in the TEU and TFEU and following the structure provided by Marcus Klamert ’s paper, this contribution sheds some light into the concrete meaning of these two terms, particularly in the fields of EU external relations and Justice and Home affairs. Based on this analysis a catalogue of questions is developed, allowing for a further delimitation of both terms as well as for their practical use.
