Light field imaging with scanning optics

2015
An optical device includes a light source and a detector (118), and a sample holder which is adapted to fix an object (250) in the optical path (161) of light. A scanning optical system (114, 115, 116, 122) is adapted to direct a plurality of scan position in each selectively light incident from different angular ranges of the object (250) on the detector (118). Based on a three dimensional light field, which is represented by the corresponding measurement data of the plurality of scan position (290), a spatially resolved image of the object (250) is produced which comprises at least two images of different object planes of the object.
