Reactor control rod drive mechanism

2016
The invention discloses a reactor control rod drive mechanism, comprising a sealing shell assembly, a travel sleeve fixedly connected with the sealing shell assembly, a coil assembly sleeving the sealing shell assembly, and a claw assembly arranged in a pressure-resistant shell assembly; the sealing shell assembly includes a sealing shell and a tube seat that are integrated. In the scheme, the sealing shell and the tube seat are integrated, and welding of the sealing shell and tube seat that is required to connect the control rod drive mechanism and a pressure container is omitted; in this way, a whole nuclear reactor takes less time to manufacture and assemble and is short of a nuclear-grade 1 weld seam as compared with the prior art, and the omission of the weld seam helps reduce the leakage risk; therefore, the above structure enables prolonged service life for the control rod drive mechanism and greatly reduced work for on-duty examination of a CRDM (control rod device mechanism).
