Photosensitive electrically conductive paste

PURPOSE:To obtain the subject paste, comprising electrically conductive powder such as Au, a specific copolymer, a photoreactive compound and a photopolymerization initiator, capable of forming a fine pattern, reduced in transmission loss at a high frequency, excellent in reliability and low resistance properties and useful as ceramic multilayered wiring boards, etc. CONSTITUTION:The objective paste comprises (A) preferably 75-92wt.% electrically conductive powder (having preferably 0.5-5mum average particle diameter) containing one or more selected from the group of Au, Ag, Pd and Pt, (B) preferably 25-8wt.% photoreactive compound such as an acrylic copolymer having carboxyl group and ethylenically unsaturated group in the side chain or allyl acrylate, (C) preferably 2-25wt.% (based on the component (B)] photopolymerization initiator such as benzophenone and preferably (D) glass frit.
