The present invention provides a rosmarinic acid derivatives, including compounds 1-47 and type R- or S- isomers. Such derivatives general structure: wherein R1, R2, R3 and R4 are as defined in the description. Rosmarinic acid derivative of the invention experiments performed in vitro anti-TB, the drug to be detected in a continuous and positive control 2-fold dilutions added to the vial containing the liquid medium, respectively, then seeded with a certain amount of the bacteria Mycobacterium Lactobacillus standard strain H37Rv, 37 ℃ cultured for 14 days, to observe the minimum inhibitory concentration of the drug M. tuberculosis (MIC). Experimental results show that the compounds according to the present invention have good anti-TB activity, the compounds of this invention may be used medicament for the treatment of tuberculosis, have greater clinical value. The present invention provides a method of preparing derivatives of rosmarinic acid.
