The invention discloses a method and a system for evaluating an equipment status by a standardized physical examination. The method comprises the following steps of acquiring indexical information of network cell equipment; calculating the standardized physical examination score of the network cell equipment according to the indexical information of the network cell equipment; and judging the physical condition of the network cell equipment according to the physical examination score of the network cell equipment. According to the method and the system for evaluating the equipment status by the standardized physical examination disclosed by the invention, by grading the physical examination of the network cell equipment, the operating status of the equipment can be evaluated according to a grading result, and after a problem is found, maintenance personnel is informed to perform preventive maintenance; troubles of the network cell equipment which is unqualified after the physical examination can be quickly positioned in a trouble-shooting manner, and therefore, the labor cost and the time cost are greatly reduced. Moreover, the evaluating process can be finished only by a common worker and does not need an experienced worker.
