The utility model discloses a topology connection structure of an energy storage battery and an aero-generator, comprising a generator, an AC/DC (Alternating Current/Direct Current) current transformer, a DC/AC current transformer, the energy storage battery, a generator main controller, a controller and an energy storage system controller; wherein the generator, the AC/DC current transformer and the DC/AC current transformer are connected in order through DC buses, the energy storage battery is directly connected to a DC bus on which an AC/DC transformation is performed inside of the aero-generator; the generator main controller samples an output of the generator to obtain an original value, then a target value is obtained after a filtering is performed by a digital low pass filter, and a difference between the target value and the original value is a charge/discharge power of the energy storage battery; the generator main controller transmits the charge/discharge power of the energy storage battery to the controller; and the controller can control the AC/DC current transformer, the DC/AC current transformer and the energy storage battery through the energy storage system controller, thereby achieving the balance among an input power, the energy storage battery and an output power.
