The invention discloses a large workpiece spray system. The large workpiece spray system comprises a guide rail, a lifter, a spray robot, a trolley, a drive mechanism, a paint supply system and a control system, wherein the guide rail is fixed at an upper end of the lifter; the trolley is slidingly arranged on the guide rail; the spray robot is fixed at a first side of the trolley; the paint supply system is fixed at a second side of the trolley; the drive mechanism is fixed on the trolley and can be used for driving the trolley to slide on the guide rail; the control system is electrically connected with the spray robot, the drive mechanism and the paint supply system, and is used for controlling the paint supply system to spray paint to a spray head of the spray robot. The large workpiece spray system disclosed by the invention can be used for spraying on large outdoor movable workpieces, so that the labor intensity is greatly reduced, and the spray efficiency is improved.
