Improvement of Output and Quality of Sinter by Modifying Draft System

By taking such measures as modifying 18m 2 belt draft sintering machine, reinforcing rane material preparation,reducing resistcmce of pipe system, increasing wind power of sintering pallet and negative pressure and temperature of air bellows, decreasing clay on blade of drawing fan to increase pallet speed and so on, output and quality of sinter were improved.
