The present invention pertains to a flexible solar cell manufacturing technology, and particularly relates to a method for preparing the substrate of the solar cell and an adjustable stainless steel band gap of the quantum well structure. The solar cell specific configuration of the present invention are: Al electrode / GZO / P-type InxGa1-xN / I layer of intrinsic nc-Si: H / N-type nc-Si: H / GZO / Al back electrode / AlN insulating layer / flexible stainless steel substrate, prepared by first preparing AlN magnetron sputtering and an Al back electrode insulating layer, and then sequentially deposited using ECR-PEMOCVD GZO yl transparent conductive thin film, N-type nc-Si: H thin film, the I nc-Si layer of intrinsic : H film, P-type InxGa1-xN film, GZO film, Al metal electrodes finally prepared. Tunable band gap of the quantum well structure of the present invention, a stainless steel substrate of the solar cell having excellent flexibility, light weight, easy to carry, and having the potential market space industry, and the preparation process is simple, can be realized scale production.
