The present invention discloses a method of synthesizing monodisperse bridged polysilsesquioxane microspheres, the method is: a, under nitrogen, at constant temperature of 0 ℃ ~ 90 ℃, co-solvents, catalysts and auxiliary aqueous ammonia were mixed and stirred uniformly to obtain a mixed solution; two, under nitrogen, 0 ℃ ~ 90 ℃ constant stirring conditions, the bridged bis-type trifunctional silane was added dropwise to the mixed solution, after the addition was complete stirring was refluxed for 5h ~ 15H, and the reaction solution was filtered to give the crude product as a white solid; Third, the white solid crude product was sequentially washed with deionized water and acetone 1-4 times, and dried in vacuo to give a white powder monodisperse bridged poly sesquicarbonates silicone microspheres. The reaction system of the present invention, fewer side reactions, the process is simply manufactured, obtained in a yield of bridged polysilsesquioxane microspheres 96% or more, monodisperse microspheres, highly uniform size, and storage stability it is good.
