The invention provides an oil-sand washing separation agent, which is prepared from the following raw components in percentage by weight: 15.0 to 35.0 percent of sodium silicate, 0.5 to 5.0 percent of sodium carbonate, 0.1 to 5.0 percent of alkaline, 0.1 to 1.0 percent of a surfactant, 1.0 to 8.0 percent of a co-solvent and the balance of water. According to the oil-sand washing separation agent, the sodium silicate and the sodium carbonate have high active alkalinity and PH buffer indexes in an inorganic electrolyte, and have good wetting, emulsifying and oil ester saponification effects, and the alkaline can be reacted with an acidic substance in oil to generate a substance with surface activity to promote separation of oil, sand and mud, and in addition, interfacial tension between water and crude oil can be reduced to promote complete separation of the oil, the sand and the mud to reduce the residual oil ratio of the sand and the mud, meet environment-friendly discharge requirements, reduce oil and sand resource waste, increase the oil-sand washing rate and achieve the effect of unifying environmental benefits, social benefits and economic benefits by the surfactant.
