Experimental device for rubber cylinder of compression packer

The invention particularly provides an experimental device for a rubber cylinder of a compression packer. The experimental device comprises a pressure bearing cylinder, a mandrel, an upper connector, a hanger and an extension cylinder, wherein the pressure bearing cylinder is a cylinder body with the lower end closed and the upper end open; liquid inlet holes are formed in the side surface of an outer wall of the pressure bearing cylinder; the mandrel is arranged in the pressure bearing cylinder; an outer wall of the mandrel is connected with the rubber cylinder and the upper connector in a sleeving manner; the upper end of the rubber cylinder and the lower end of the upper connector are separated via a second spacer; the upper end of the upper connector is connected with the hanger; the two ends of the hanger are cylindrical; a middle section of the hanger is frustum-cone-shaped; the upper end of the hanger is connected with the extension cylinder; the upper end of the mandrel is connected with a pressing ring via screw threads; the lower end surface of the pressing ring clings to the upper end surface of the extension cylinder; the upper end of the extension cylinder is connected with a pressing cap; an inner wall of the upper end of the pressure bearing cylinder is connected with a top cap; the lower end surface of the top cap is pressed on a frustum cone surface of the hanger; and the extension cylinder is connected with the outer wall of the mandrel in a sleeving manner. The experimental device can simulate working processes such as sealing, unsealing, pressure bearing and packing of the rubber cylinder of the compression packer, thereby providing reference for selection and optimization of the packer and the rubber cylinder.
