Development of Radiology Markers to Assess Clinically Diagnosed Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Nuclear Brain SPECT and Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy Results

We demonstrate how to achieve a high degree of radiologic correlation in the diagnosis of chronic fatigue syndrome and add differential diagnosis to clinically suspected patients by means of SPECT, MR and MR spectroscopy together with neuropsychiatric evaluation.
