Обучение коммуникативным навыкам при преподавании дисциплины «Поликлиническая терапия»

This article reviews innovative experience of teaching communication skills to 4 th year medical students specializing in outpatient therapy. We conclude that communication skills are essential for doctor’s effective activities, and at the same time they are relevant only together with the successful development of professional skills. The most challenging skills for the 4 th year students turn out the skills of eye contact, persuasion, asking open-ended and closed-ended questions.
