Depletion Voltage of a Silicon Microstrip Detector

Methods for determining the depletion voltage of a silicon detector are considered. It is shown that the voltage of complete depletion for the silicon microstrip detector can be determined and controlled through measuring the equivalent noise charge as a function of the back bias voltage.
