In order to build a new culture for people with Educational Special Needs, inclusive school appears as a response that not only recognizes, but also values the diversity of students, focusing on the development of potential of each, and not in their difficulties. This process of integration of people with difficulties implies the Educational Special Needs to rethink and restructure the duty and the attitude of the teacher, the family and the front of the child with NEAE community, should be allowed to not only develop their skills and potential, of so you can build knowledge, respecting their individual pace of learning but also allowing thus be active subject of inclusive education to provide equal conditions and opportunities. Thus, it will provide a quality education for all those who are in situations of disadvantage or vulnerability, which in most cases are many more students with Educational Special Needs.
