Działalność pedagogiczno-prawna Bronisława Piłsudskiego: Pedagogical and legal activity of Bronisław Piłsudski

Abstract Aim of the research: Presentation of the educational and legal activity of Bronislaw Pilsudski based on his documentary entitled "Project of Ainu management rules from the island of Sakhalin, with short comments to individual points" and his research on the Ainu people. The aim of the research is also to propagate knowledge about the activity of this Pole in the areas of Far East countries and to analyze the most valuable research works collecting his research by Polish scientists. Research method: Analysis of articles 23 and 24 of the document "Ainu management rules project from the island of Sakhalin, with short comments to specific points" by Bronislaw Pilsudski. Analysis and review of foreign and Polish literature on the activity of Bronislaw Pilsudski (first of all the works of professor from the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun Alfred F. Majewicz, as well as professors from the Wroclaw University Antoni Kuczynski and Wladyslaw Łatyszew). Results and conclusions: The reader can learn about the educational and legal activity of Bronislaw Pilsudski from the analyzed research material. There is no biography of this Pole in Polish literature, and this article presents the work of university scientists who made efforts to gather information by approaching their works to analyze many threads about the life of brother Jozef Pilsudski to spread knowledge about this underestimated researcher of cultures of the Far East in Poland .
