Operation ticket management system and method

The invention discloses an operation ticket management system which comprises a ticket simulating module and a safety checking module, wherein the safety checking module also comprises a real-time state monitoring module, an operating sequence checking module and an equipment state checking module, on-site operating steps recorded by the real-time state monitoring module and operating steps in an operation list generated by the ticket simulating module are compared by the operating sequence checking module to judge whether the operating sequence of on-site operating personnel is correct or not, and the equipment on-site state extracted by the real-time state monitoring module and the equipment initial state recorded by the operation list are compared by the equipment state checking module to judge whether the equipment state is changed or not; the invention also discloses an operation ticket management method which comprises the following steps of: judge whether the operating sequence is correct or not by comparing the on-site operating steps with the operating steps of the operation list, and judging whether the equipment state is changed or not by comparing equipment initial state recorded by the operation list with the equipment on-site state to further make corresponding prompts.
