Comment on the fundamental issues of law ethics

Law ethics is a newly emerged interdisciplinary sub ject. Although it has developed for more than 20 ye ars, its content framework and basic theories are incomplete . Law ethics is an indispensable subject in modern society, for it has close connection with modern society. Howeve r, law ethics nowadays faces adverse conditions bec ause we use research object and theory framework as direct stan dards of success, thus causing the contraction of i ts developing area. The humanitarianism principles, human rights principles, principles of good faith stressed by la w ethics are urgently needed by our society. Law ethics will hav e great influence on our building of harmonious soc iety, but this influence cannot be seen in a short time.
