Thin and soft substrate driving device and walking chassis

The invention discloses a thin and soft substrate driving device and a walking chassis. The thin and soft substrate driving device comprises a support, a chain wheel unit installed on the support, and a walking belt wound around the chain wheel unit. The walking belt is provided with a plurality of driving plates at intervals. The support is of a frame type structure allowing a thin and soft substrate to pass through. The portions, between the adjacent driving plates, of the walking belt are each provided with a through hole allowing the thin and soft substrate to pass through. The walking chassis comprises a car body and two thin and soft substrate driving devices. The two thin and soft substrate driving devices are installed on the two sides of the car body. The thin and soft substrate driving device has the advantages of being simple in structure, light in weight, flexible in movement, large in driving force, small in driving resistance and beneficial to mud removal and the like.
