FexCl-x/Fe/Si multilayer coating material with low field room temperature huge magnetic resistance effect

The present invention discloses a Fe x C 1-x having a giant magnetoresistance effect at room temperature of the low-field belonging magnetic material quantity sensor / Fe / Si multilayer film materials. On Si (100) substrate were Fe thin film and Fe x C 1-x films. The material at a temperature of 300K, a magnetic field is applied to the positive magnetoresistance effect under the conditions of 100 Oe up to 36.6%. Fe-C material is inexpensive, superior performance, is a good magnetic sensor material.
