Aneurysms of the anterior inferior cerebellar artery. A case report and review of the literature

A case of an anterior inferior cerebellar artery (AICA) aneurysm in a 63-year-old female who had suffered from subarachnoid hemorrhage and died after repeated bleeding is presented. A review of 26 cases available from literature is given. Clinical symptomatology and diagnostic procedures are discussed.
