The present invention, in a system that combines bioethanol production apparatus and the SOFC, it is possible to further improve the power generation efficiency of the SOFC, a method capable of achieving further reduction of the energy required for the distillation of the fermentation liquor. Reflux ratio the part of the anode exhaust gas to the water-containing ethanol vapor line to the reformer from the mash tower - to reflux in the reflux gas flow rate / (anode exhaust gas recirculation gas) flow rate] 1-2. This reflux, to adjust the ethanol concentration of the water-containing ethanol vapor in the range of 25~35wt% in the moisture of the anode in the exhaust gas of the solid oxide fuel cell.
