The present invention discloses an aluminum alloy bumper car production process, extrusion molding process includes a beam, the crash box and the cover sheet extrusion molding extrusion molding process, each process includes the raw material, the mold and the extrusion cylinder heating, adjustment and extrusion speed of the extruded material coefficients extrusion, heat treatment of the extruded product; the present invention, by using an appropriate aluminum alloy material, extrusion temperature, extrusion coefficient, quench cooling, straightening mode aging mode and the production of automotive bumper beams and the aluminum plate reached properties: Rm≥315MPa, Rp0.2≥280MPa, elongation ≥10%, energy absorption performance to the box: Rp0.2 = 75 ~ 95MPa , Rm≥150MPa, elongation ≥8%; product formed after the bumper assembly only has good crash properties, and good energy absorbing effect when severe impact, have good cushioning properties; and the overall efficiency of the process and the production high yield, and low cost.
