The invention discloses a solid electrolytic capacitor, comprising a plurality of capacity units and a lead frame. Each capacity unit comprises an anode portion, a cathode portion, an insolating portion and at least a first narrow slit. The anode portion and the cathode portion are arranged in opposite, and the insolating portion is arranged between the anode portion and the cathode portion. The least a first narrow slit is arranged on the anode portion. The lead frame is equipped with an upper surface and a lower surface, and the capacity units are stacked on the lead frame. The lead frame includes an anode terminal portion and a cathode terminal portion. The anode terminal portion is electrically connected with the anode portion, wherein the anode terminal portion includes at least a first projecting portion, the first projecting portion projects toward to the upper surface, the capacity units are stacked on the upper surface and the first narrow slit sleeves in the first projectingportion. The cathode terminal portion is electrically connected with the cathode portion. The solid electrolytic capacitor has fine positioning accuracy, high percent of pass of manufacturing processand low equivalent series resistance.
