The design and application of the CIP system in brewer's yeast extraction production

Clean in Place(CIP) system is a method of cleaning the surfaces of pipes,vessels and process equipment by physicochemical reactions of cleaning agent,without disassembly and manual scrub.In this paper,the structures of the CIP system,the factors that affect the CIP system,and the design of important points on the CIP system were dissertated.Moreover,the application of the CIP system was explained according to the process of yeast extracts production as an example.
