Multilayered pipe consists of at least one layer (3), preferably the middle layer, made of polyolefin reinforced with mineral material or a mixture of mineral material. The amount of polyolefin in this layer is 25-70 wt. %. This layer is foamed to a thickness, which is at least 10 % lower than the thickness of an unfoamed mineral-reinforced layer with an identical composition.
