Influences of nature and culture, civilization norms, and expectations of caregivers as well as natural environmental conditions are development incentives and represent developmental tasks that must be mastered by the individual. The peculiarity of the interactionist theory is that it gives the individual an active role in shaping his environment and does not degrade it to the passive place of action of different development influences.
