Effects of Chonglou Fufang(CLFF)on anti-tumor and immune regulation action in bearing H_(22) neoplasm mice

Objective:To observe the anti-tumor effect of CLFF on bearing H22 neoplasm mice and its immune regulation action.Methods: Mice bearing neoplasm(H22 cell line)were established as the experimental tumor model and randomly divided into six groups:bearing neoplasm control group,high,middle and low dosage CLFF treated groups,CTX group,FFBM group.Each group was taken drug by intragastric administration for 10 days.The mice were killed,stripped and weighted the neoplasm block and the spleen.To calculate inhibition rate and spleen index.Using MTT assay to measure cytotoxicity of CTL in vitro.Results: The different-dosages of CLFF had significant tumor inhibiting effects in vivo,and the results showed that the rate of restrain in the high dosage group was 54.84%,in middle dosage was 54.38%,and in low dosage was 37.37%.Compared with control group,there was significant difference(P0.01).CLFF could obviously increase mice's spleen index,and the results showed that spleen index high dosage group was 7.20±3.07mg/g,in the middle dosage was 7.23±2.34 mg/g,and low dosage was 10.89±3.91 mg/g.Compared with CTX groups,there was significant difference(P0.01).The middle and low dosage CLFF groups were compared with the control group,there was statistical difference(P0.05).CLFF could remarkably enhance the cytotoxicity of splenic CTLs,and the results showed that the rate of inhibition tumor of CTLs in the high dosage group was 51.76%,middle dosage was 44.18%,and low dosage was 22.74%.The high dosage of CLFF was compared with the control group and the CTX group,there were statistical difference(P0.05).Conclusion: CLFF had significant antitumor effects in vivo,the mechanism of the anti-tumor activity may be related to regulating immune action.
