Hipoglucemia asociada a hepatocarcinoma

Tumor-induced hypoglycemia can be associated to the presence of extrapancreatic solid tumors, fundamentally to mesoteliomas and secondly to hepatocarcinomas. We presented the case of hepatocarcinoma associated to hypoglycemia, reviewing the main pathogenic mechanisms and the different therapeutic options.
