Evaluation of the International Investment Laws in U.S.A and the Impact

This paper evaluates the international investment law in USA and the impact in international trade and international policies which developed after World War II. This paper discuss the OECD convention which led to the project in OECD council on the protection of foreign ownership. The main purpose of this paper is to analyze bilateral treaties in Central American Free Trade Agreement(CAFTA), its impact on investment on United States.
