"A 75-year-old diabetic woman was referred to ourEndoscopy Unit with a 2 months history of recurrentstomatitis and gastric fullness sensation. She hadundergone laparoscopic fundoplication 4 years earlierwith no recorded adverse events. Her physical exami-nation was unrevealing. Endoscopy revealed a roundelevation (5 centimeters in diameter) at the anteriorgastric wall, with 2 small ulcerations with fibrin on itstop (figure 1).
