CONTROL TO SHORT FIBER AND NEP IN BLOW-CARDING PROCESS

This paper introduced the cause to bring short fiber and nep in the blow-carding system from seven aspects,and introduced the method for controlling short fiber and nep in three sub-system.It was pointed out that the speed control was essential work in full process,the gauge between two parts was fine work in adjusting,and the balance control in air quantity,static pressure and cotton supply was ascessorial work in controlling shor fiber and nep.
