Микровязкость и липидный спектр мембраны мононуклеарных лейкоцитов крови у больных туберкулезом легких

2006
Parameters of fluorescent intubation and lipide spectrum of membranes of monocytes and lymphocytes of blood in patients with drug-sensitive and drug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis before treatment are investigated. It was determined, a drug-sensitive and drug-resistant tuberculosis is accompanied by increase of coefficients of formation of excimers pyrene and by decrease of percent of inductive-resonant transmission of energy in membranes of cells. The membrane lipide spectrum of immunocytes in patients with drug-sensitive and drug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis is characterized by the reduced content of fatty acids, sphingomyelin and phosphatidylcholine, by boosted amount of phosphatidylinositol and phosphatidylethanolamine. Also decrease of contents of aethers of cholesterol, augmentation of the content of loose cholesterol and a cholesterol/phospholipid ratio in membrane of mononuclear leukocytes is marked at drug-resistant tuberculosis.
