Research on UHV GIS/HGIS Vibration Detection and Diagnosis Method

This paper puts forward a new detecting and fault diagnosis method for the UHV GIS/HGIS.The mentioned method detects and diagnoses faults by detecting the vibration of the GIS/HGIS.The paper gives out to diagnose the GIS fault by power spectrum analysis first,and make fingerprints for the UHV HGIS by monitoring these apparatus.This method was first used in the UHV engineering project,which has proved its effectiveness and precise.This method would be of significance to find out potential faults and fault positioning of GIS/HGIS in early stage.
