A water inlet of the cooling water tank is communicated with an air-cooled cooler through a water inlet pipe, a water outlet of the cooling water tank is communicated with the air-cooled cooler through a water outlet pipe, the cooling water tank and the air-cooled cooler are connected through the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe to form a closed loop, and a pipeline of the closed circuit is equipped with a water pump for driving cooling water to flow.The cooling water is driven by the water pump to flow to the vacuum pump to cool the same, the temperature of the cooling water is raised after absorbing heat of the vacuum pump, after the temperatureis raised, hot water flows to the air-cooled cooler and exchanges heat with air in the air-cooled cooler to radiate to the air, and then the temperature of the hot water is reduced so as to be used for cooling the vacuum pump again. The cooling water of the vacuum pump can be reused, thereby greatly reducing usage of the cooling water. In addition, the cooling device of a vacuum pump is not limited by application places, even can be used in an environment extremely lacking of water, and is wide in application scope.
